Thank you for your Words, Eddie.

E. Donald Two-Rivers passed away this weekend after a very long struggle with cancer. He taught me to accept all of who I am, and that it's okay to just be out there sometimes, with your rawness and knowledge and dreams and cynicisms too. He meant a lot to me as a Chicago poet trying to walk forward without stepping in somebody's traps that aren't even set for you. He didn't care who "got" what he was about. He had big dreams and the personality to match. He did what he needed to do.

Listen to some of his readings here.

Go in peace. Miss you. Love you, Man. Many, many thanks.
